Wash your face in the morning and at night with a gentle soap, pat it dry, and do not rub the skin.
Use only powder SPF 50 and above, and reapply every 2 hours.
Don’t use any form of moisturizer for 7 days
Don’t use any form of exfoliant for one month
Drink a lot of water
Don’t drink any alcoholic beverages for a week
Don’t get exposed to the sun
Don’t get exposed to any form of heat (cooking, sauna, hot shower, hair dryer)
Don’t do any form of exercise for one week
Don’t remove the peeling skin (old skin). The earlier removal can cause scars
Don’t do any procedure for 30 days
Don’t make use of any depilatory cream
Don’t dye the hair
